Un top ou plutôt une photographie pour dire ce qu'on aura vécu de plus intense en 2014. Comme si celle-ci pouvait tout rassembler de nos expériences, de nos écoutes. Comme si le visage pivoine de Michael Gira - la fente noire de ses yeux, ses pomettes turgicentes - racontaient l'intensité figée, statufiée, presque orgasmique, ressentie lors de l'écoute de TO BE KIND, le dernier album des Swans. Comme si cet album, de par sa forme opératique, tentaculaire, pouvait contenir tous les autres. Un top, des tops pour conclure, mais surtout et avant tout une image totale, définitive, de notre année 2014.
